This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit bayramozturk.com or use my services. The data controller is Bayram Öztürk (bayram@bayramozturk.com).

Contact form: Name, email address, message content. Used only to respond to your request.

Newsletter: Your email address is used only to send the newsletter and is never shared with third parties.

Payment: Payment details are processed by Stripe when purchasing services. Card details are not stored on this site.

Analytics: Visitor counts and page views are tracked anonymously via Vercel Analytics and optionally Plausible Analytics. No cookies are used.

I process your personal data under the following legal bases: - Contact form: Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) - Newsletter: Explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) - Payment: Performance of contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b))

Contact form data is retained for 2 years. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

Under GDPR you have the following rights: Right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object.

Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and analytics), GitHub API (profile data). Each of these services is subject to its own privacy policy.

This site uses only one functional cookie: the "lang" cookie which stores your language preference (TR/EN). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
