Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Bayram Öztürk ("Service Provider") operating at bayramozturk.com and the person or organization purchasing services or using the site ("Client").

The Service Provider offers web development, AI integration and cybersecurity services. The scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins.

Online payments are processed via Stripe. The standard payment structure is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless a different structure is specified in the proposal.

Cancellation policy: The 50% deposit is refunded if work has not yet started. No refund is made after work begins; a settlement based on work completed will be arranged.

Intellectual property rights to project deliverables are transferred to the Client after full payment is received. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the Service Provider retains the right to reference the project in portfolio and promotional materials.

Confidential information shared during the project will not be disclosed to third parties. A signed NDA can be arranged upon request.

Delivered work aims to meet agreed specifications. Bugs within the original scope are fixed free of charge for 30 days after delivery.

The Service Provider's liability shall not exceed the project fee under any circumstances.

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Adana courts.
